Lisa Vanderpump Embraces Sin City Living With $5 Million Las Vegas Mansion

Lisa Vanderpump continues to live large. The reality star recently dropped $5 million on a Las Vegas abode, per TMZ. According to the outlet, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules alum went on an in-person tour of the premises shortly after wrapping production on the second season for her Hulu series Vanderpump Villa. She reportedly closed on the property just three days later.

The home’s amenities were allegedly a big selling point for Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd; the residence comes complete with a luxurious golf course, a massive pool, and breathtaking views of the surrounding Las Vegas desert. TMZ notes that Vanderpump is already decorating the property “to her taste.”

Aside from cooking up reality TV magic, the Bravo star and restauranteur has been making her mark on the Vegas hospitality scene. The city is already home to two of her restaurants: Vanderpump à Paris, located at Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, and Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace. She’s currently putting the final touches on a third restaurant, Pinky’s by Vanderpump, which is slated to open in November at the Flamingo Las Vegas.

Her new mansion will cut down on frequent travel to Las Vegas from her primary home in Beverly Hills, which is about a 285-mile trip—roughly five hours by car and an hour by plane. TMZ reports that Vanderpump has no plans to vacate her Beverly Hills estate, dubbed Villa Rosa.

The star has a clear knack for real estate and interiors. In a set tour of Vanderpump Villa this spring, she gave AD an inside look into the reality show’s French countryside château. With the help of production designer James McGowan, Vanderpump transformed the 22,000-square-foot mansion into a glamorous escape, featuring locally-sourced Parisian furniture, mosaic flooring, and blush pink walls.
